You can call anytime to schedule an appointment when it is convenient for you, and we will do our best to give you the time you ask for or another timeslot within a 15 minute timeframe of your desired time. Since our schedule changes to accommodate our customers' needs, you may not get the exact same timeslot for every appointment.
We work in crews of three, and on occasion, due to scheduling changes, a crew of two. In that case, we will prolong your appointment so that you will get the same amount of cleaning time. For example, if you are scheduled for an hour, we will stay for an hour and a half.
If you are not at home and still want us to come, just contact us and we will accommodate you.
We use our own environmentally friendly cleaning supplies, but we can also use an alternative cleaning solution you may have and want us to use. Just leave it out with instructions on what you would like done.
The first-time cleaning will be a minimum of two hours; following the first appointment, 80% of our customers usually only schedule an hour to an hour and a half!
If (for any reason) you are not completely satisfied with our service, call and let us know, and we will schedule another visit to correct any problems at no additional cost to you. |
